The user acknowledges that processing fees or other charges may be incurred from the transaction amount. Noah Global will endeavor to ensure timely payments to the user. Users assume the responsibility of providing accurate and up-to-date payment details to Noah Global and complying with all relevant tax or reporting obligations concerning their earnings from the service.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement with Noah Global, and close your Account at any time, following the settlement of any pending transactions. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed Accounts or to modify or discontinue our Site or Services or request to verify the information to be able to continue using the Services. Users agree that Noah Global will not be liable to them or to any third party for termination of their Account or access to the Site.

To the full extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby agree to indemnify Noah Global, and its partners against any action, liability, cost, claims of loss, damages, proceedings, or expenses suffered or incurred if direct or not directly arising from your use of Noah Global’s Sites, your use of the Services, or from your violation of these Terms.

Miscellaneous
